Sushil Malhotra

For over 30 years Sushil has been a major force in the Indian food industry. The restaurant Dawat, located in New York City and rated No.1 for Indian Cuisine in Zagat for 15 years, was one of his first successes. After establishing the Café Spice restaurants, Zaika opened as a quality control center for all the restaurants. Today, Sushil continues to be the visionary of the company.

Sameer Malhotra

Upon graduating with a degree in Entrepreneurship from Babson University, Sameer joined his father (Sushil) to start Zaika's Food Service Business. He is at the helm of Zaika today. His goal is to fulfil his father's vision and cultivate relationships with all existing and new customers.
