Bhajias are a popular street food in Western India and beloved comfort food during monsoon season. A scrumptious snack, similar to potato fritters, bhajias are found in many different forms throughout India. Our bhajias are handmade from potatoes, broccoli, cauliflower, onions and traditional spices. To complement their “deliciousness” we suggest dipping each bite in our signature tamarind and green chili chutneys.

Vegetable Bhajias: Cauliflower, Potatoes, Broccoli, Besan (gram flour), Onion, Salt, Cilantro, Red Chili Powder, Coriander Seeds, Turmeric, Garam Masala (spice blend). Tamarind Chutney: Tamarind, Water, Sugar, Salt, Coriander, Cumin Seeds, Garam Masala (spice blend), Red Chili Powder. Green Chili Chutney: Cilantro, Green Chilies, Mint Leaves, Lemon Juice, Ginger, Garlic, Water, Sugar, Salt.
