New Product Launch at Fancy Food Show June 26-28 in NYC
New Windsor, NY (June 8, 2016) – Café Spice is known for bringing restaurant-quality freshly prepared Indian meals to your dining table. Now, they’re extending their culinary care to the creation of Thai meals with authentic flavors you’d find in the finest Thai restaurants. Café Spice will be showing and sampling the new line of meals, launching this September, at the upcoming Specialty Food Association’s 2016 Summer Fancy Food Show in New York City. The company was a sofi finalist in the Best New Product category last year.
Café Spice will present the new products at Booth #4171. There, you can sample Beef Massaman Curry with sautéed tender beef filets, onions, and potatoes, flavored with lemongrass and lime, simmered in a Massaman Curry Sauce with a coconut milk base, tamarind, and aromatic spices.
For those who desire a vegan Thai meal, the Yellow Tofu Curry pairs flavorful tofu in a fragrantly spiced coconut milk sauce simmered with potatoes and onions. Red Chicken Curry rounds out the line with tender chicken bites simmered with onions, bamboo shoots, and carrots in a coconut milk broth with Thai spices. All of the entrées are accompanied by fried rice with authentic Thai spices.
