In our North Indian version of Vegetable Korma, a medley of vegetables is authentically braised with our select blend of Indian spices then cooked to perfection in a spicy tomato-cream sauce. Complementing this dish is our aromatic Basmati Rice cooked with saffron, whole cardamom pods and bay leaves.
