Our Kitchens

The main catering kitchen is located in our Irvington 's riverfront restaurant Chutney Masala. For our larger corporate events for 1000 or more we have a state-of-the-art, 50,000 square foot commissary in New Windsor, NY. The USDA-approved facility, which sits on 11 acres of land and it is designed by Cybul & Cybul, Architects, the foremost designers of food processing plants. The unique commissary is temperature controlled and monitored to maintain food integrity and safety throughout the production process. At the heart of the operation is the spice room where both whole and powdered varieties are carefully prepared, measured and mixed according to our recipes. The use of raw spices in precise combinations yields the most vibrant flavors and a product that is consistently delicious.
