As a family owned business, with recipes created by celebrated chef, Hari Nayak, the Malhotra Family delights in bringing the convenience of authentic Indian cuisine to all.  Through our delicious Café Spice line of refrigerated grab n’ go Indian meals and branded quick serve restaurants, we make it easy to enjoy Indian food anywhere, anytime — by everyone. “Raising the bar” for Indian cuisine, our restaurant quality products are all natural and incredibly tasty.  Sticklers for quality and authenticity, our products are made from scratch, prepared in small batches using fresh and only all natural ingredients.  We use chicken that is humanely raised, antibiotic free and vegetarian fed, and each day, freshly grind whole spices to make our signature spice blends.  Great care is taken to ensure that our customers consistently enjoy the absolute best Indian cuisine found outside the subcontinent. Our Culinary Director, Hari Nayak is an integral part of the Cafe Spice team.  Professionally trained at The Culinary Institute of America (Hyde Park, NY), Hari is one of the most celebrated chefs in North America, followed for his unique cooking style and South Asian flare.
